Background
After graduating in 2018 with a BSc in Computer Science, I briefly pursued a career in software development before quickly realising I was more drawn to the creative aspects of coding.

I spent my spare time learning the basics of graphic design before pursuing a career in late 2018 as a Junior Graphic Designer where I would go on to learn about print design and the foundations of design processes.

After aspiring for a more responsible role, I took a job as the sole graphic designer for a Stoke based marketing agency where I would learn to manage projects from start to finish, covering all aspects of design from brand identity and web design to product packaging and social media management.

In 2021, I started working for GivEnergy, where I created a brand from scratch and saw the company grow from a startup to a multi-million pound global entity. I hired a Junior Graphic Designer to mentor before becoming a Lead Designer in 2023. Responsible for the entire design direction for GivEnergy, I am continually evolving the brand to keep it relevant and competitive.
Personal Life
Whilst design is my passion, I also like to allow time for rest and relaxation. I am an avid gamer, a lover of Dad rock, and proud fishkeeper.

When I'm not kicking back, I'm putting time into developing my personal skills. Whether that be graphic design, 3D modelling, or animation, I am constantly seeking out tutorials to refine my skills.

As a person, I am honest, reliable, and hard-working. I've a keen eye for attention to detail, always looking for inspiration for my next project. Design is my passion, and getting to do what I love as a job is a dream come true.
Education
I finished high school with 9 GCSEs in 2006, and went on to do A Levels in Art and English.

I attended Keele University from 2015 to 2018 to complete my Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, learning the fundamentals of programming, 3D modelling, and games and software development.

During Covid lockdown in 2020, I decided to use the time to pursue a Masters in Digital Marketing Management at Staffordshire University, and finally graduated in 2021.
